Welcome to the WineNest blog
We're opening a space to write about wine, small and large cellars, and the quiet craft of keeping bottles until they're at their best.

We needed a place to stop and write. Not a changelog, not a newsletter in disguise. A real blog — with pieces we'll still want to reread in five years.
What we'll write about
Three things, mostly:
- Wine. Grapes, regions, wineries we care about, bottles worth the wait.
- Keeping wine. The quiet craft of looking after bottles — temperature, humidity, order, timing.
- WineNest. What we build, why we choose what we choose, what's next.
Why now
Because the app alone isn't enough. There are questions a screen doesn't answer — when should I open that Ribera?, is it worth uncorking this 2015 Riesling?, why does aging matter so much in a Priorat and less in a Beaujolais? — and we want to have those conversations here, with time.
What to expect
Long pieces when a topic demands it. Short ones when that's what fits. Always in Spanish and English. No rush to publish — but we'll keep showing up.
Thanks for stopping by. More soon.
