Delete your account

From the app

You can delete your account at any time from WineNest:

1. Open Profile and go to Preferences.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete this account.
3. Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen.

Your account and all the data in your collection will be deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone: you will not be able to recover your account, cellar, or its contents.

If you no longer have access to the app

Email us from the address associated with your account. Clearly state that you want us to delete your WineNest account and all associated data.

Request deletion by email

Include the following in your message:

• The email address associated with your account.
• The sentence “I request deletion of my WineNest account and associated data.”

Do not include your password, payment details, or other confidential information. If you contact us from a different address, we will ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.

What happens next

Once the request has been verified, we will permanently delete your account and the associated personal data under WineNest's control. We will only retain information when required by law and only for the applicable retention period.

We will confirm by email when the process is complete. Deletion cannot be undone: you will not be able to recover your account, cellar, or its contents.
