1. Who is the data controller?
Sanga Interactive S.L. is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of providing the services identified in this privacy policy.

At WineNest we are committed to the fundamental right to the protection of your personal data, and the purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
2. What information do we process?
a) Data you provide directly, and on what legal basis
We collect information about you when you expressly consent to receive notifications about the app we are preparing.
By clicking the "I accept" button (or equivalent) shown when we request your email to receive updates about the new app, you declare that the information and data you have provided are accurate and truthful.
b) Data obtained indirectly
When you browse the site, various cookies and other tracking technologies may be installed on your device, as explained in our Cookies policy. Whenever those cookies are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website, we will request your explicit consent. For cookies that are strictly necessary, we rely on our legitimate interest.
3. Where does the data come from?
We consider that all data processed by WineNest has been freely provided by you.
If the personal data you provide belong to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed that third party of this privacy policy and have obtained their authorisation to share their data with WineNest for the purposes described above. You also guarantee that the data provided are accurate and up to date, and you accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the breach of this obligation.

- Right to withdraw any consent given to WineNest.
You may exercise your rights at any time and free of charge:

- Furthermore, by clicking the unsubscribe section included in any communication you receive from us, you can unsubscribe from all commercial communications previously accepted.
When you exercise your rights, if we have any doubt about your identity we may request additional information to verify it.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that we have infringed the data protection legislation in relation to the processing of your personal data. In addition, you can sign up to the Robinson List at www.listarobinson.es — the advertising exclusion system managed by the Spanish Association of the Digital Economy (ADIGITAL), where you can register to object to your data being used to send you commercial communications.
6. Retention period
We will retain your data until you indicate that you wish to stop receiving our communications.

Persons under 18 years of age may not use the services available through our website.
